Shipping Rates & Pickup

We ship only through trusted courier partners, and incidents are rare. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, videos, and detailed information. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please note, Luxe Homescape is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier but will do our best to support you through the claim process.
Custom Orders & Large Artworks
Custom-made or oversized artworks may require additional handling time and special packaging. All high-value or large pieces are shipped with signature-required delivery for added security.
